Brian Sylvester is Special Counsel at Wiley Rein LLP where he focuses his practice on the intersection of law, science, and agriculture. Brian guides companies through every stage of the production and distribution lifecycle – from premarket clearance through manufacturing, advertising, and labeling. He has particular experience with innovative foods and biotech products that do not squarely fit within the current regulatory framework, leveraging his experience as a former USDA lawyer to advance his clients’ business goals. Brian received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and his law degree from Cornell University.
