Joe and Julie Morris have been practicing holistic cattle farming in California for more than 25+ years; while Joe’s family has been in California cattle for more than 170+ reaching back to the gold rush.  

At Morris Grassfed (MGF) we are working to produce the best beef product from a biologically rich ecosystem of living soils and clean water. Our cattle benefit from low-stress Vaquero skills, a completely certified organic diet of fresh grass, legumes and water, and world-class views of the Central California rangelands. We do not use any synthetic hormones or feed antibiotics. We are members of the American Grassfed Association, California Alliance of Family Farmers, Farm Bureau and the California Cattlemens’ Association. 

It is our firm belief that if we take care of the soil, it takes care of the plants, which cares for our cattle.  By investing in better land practices we can ensure a better future for the next generation.
